Changing sounds based on the time of day

This may be in the wrong section... I am looking for a way/ app to change the tone for texts automaticly based on the time of day. I have to be available by phone 24/7 and want a loud annoying tone at night so I wake up but a moderate tone fort during the day. Also not all numbers need to loud at night, just a specific few.
