Changing store us- Sweden

How do i change store from Us store to Swedish ? I cant download free apps for my bank "Nordea", i find norwegian and latvian and lots of other countries.. but the swedish one cant be found. When i scann the code that shuld send me to the app, it tells me i cant finde it because im on the us store. I must be able to change.. for example if u move from us to sweden and need to use swedish apps :S
