Charge drains quickly and recharges slowly

searched around and didnt find any questions like this so sorry if its repeated a lot.

I just got this iPhone today and when i got it from the store it was at 50%, on the drive home (20 minutes) it went down to about 40%,

I'm charging it now on my PC and its going pretty slow, about 1%/2 minutes.. Is this normal or what? :/

Doesn't sound THAT normal, but..... the PC charging is quite iffy. Use the Apple charging unit several times. Let the battery drain down to around 20% before each charging, then see how your battery behaves. You can do this in just a couple of days. If it still drains too much, take it back!! And get another unit.

I noticed that when charging on the pc it takes forever. Best to use the wall unit for best results.
