Chat Time App problem

Hello everyone.. I need help. I just got an iphone 5 and I gave my girlfriend my iphone 4. I set everything up and it was fine. Now we both have the chat time app on the phones. I think she changed the number on the app and now if I try to text her it comes right back to my phone. If I text her she gets the text. If her friends text her I get the text. WTF is going on???? Im so confused. I tried changing the numbers in chat time. The problem is I am logged in on 2 different phone. I cant seem to delete the apps complety either... what should I do???????
