I noticed that wifi hotspots that I've joined are remembered. I've joined tons of hotspots that I'll probably never visit again. Is there a way to forget old wifi hotspots without actually being inside the hotspot? I probably have a long list that needs pruning.

I don't know of a way to clear them but they shouldn't have any negitave effects so I just suggest keeping them

Excellent question -- I've asked myself that, and got no answer.
I suppose it doesn't matter. The data storage used to remember the hotspot info is miniscule, and a 16 GB memory phone can easily handle thousands of hotspots with little memory effect.

If you reset the Network Setting it should clear ALL of the wifi spots stored in memory. But you will have to readd the ones you want to use

Thank you for that, I hadn't thought about doing that. I'll keep that in mind as I only really use one hotspot (my router) and I' haven't yet come close to using half of the 2GB that my plan offers.
