Clearing unwelcome contact suggestions

When I go to forward an email and type the first letter of the recipient iphone gives me a massive list of suggested contacts most of which are not in my contact lists but just odd people that I have had 1 or 2 mails from and who I dont want in my suggested contact list.

How can I clear this list or the history that creates it?
