Confusing Jailbreak to say the least.

Can anyone please help me determining how to accomplish this jailbreak?

I have an iPhone 4s:iphone4vert: on ios 5.1.1 (9B206) Modem firmware 2.0.12 untethered jail-broken!
I want to get to to ios 7 or higher untethered jailbreak. Its just that their are so many variables it is overwhelming for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately it's not possible. The only iOS you can go to is 7.1, which is not jailbreakable on the 4S. The below explains why it's not possible to selectively restore even with SHSH blobs and APTickets
