Hey,
I bought my phone (iphone 4) on amazon and i recently discovered that its on the apple's black list.
I wanna restore my iphone and my question is will it be a problem ?
Because i understand that during restore, iTunes accessing the apple servers and because my phone is on the black list it might block my phone.

Thanks for your answers!

I'm new to iPhone but wouldn't that be a stolen phone? Doesn't Amazon back up their sellers? If there is something up with that phone I'd get Amazon involved so you can get your money back. If that phone was stolen or has an unpaid bill attached to it you probably won't be able to use it.

How do u know ur phone is on the apples blacklist?

Because I bought a non sim free iphone I used gevey ultra sim. Suddenly after i went into DFU mode I coulden't use my iphone as a phone. So I had a lot of troubles with that until finally i decided to contact a phone lab, and that's where they told me my Iphone is in the black list. I gave them my IMEI number and by that they somehow checked that i'm black-listed.

If you have a blacklisted iphone, what you can do is Jailbreak it and it should restore all the functions :). From what Ive seen thus far, the process should be fairly easy.
