NCControl is a Cydia Tweak which will allow you to use whatever is in the background of your Notification Center. It does this by making your Notification Center transparent allow you to see what is in the background. You can then swipe, press buttons, etc. in the background. You can find NCControl in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss Repo for FREE.
