Cool Notification Center concept

I found this suuuuper awesome concept for the notification center. I read on another site that he is developing a Cydia tweak for it, but that was back on November 11th, and can't seem to find out any more information about it... Someone care to enlighten me? I think this is a totally awesome utilization of several different existing Cydia tweaks that have been revamped to (in my opinion) to perfection.

I know about those. But having everything integrated into an effective single and fluid tweak would be sweet. (In my opinion.)

Ya the way BiteSMS handles quick replies is better than this concept IMO.
