Copying files from computer to jailbroken phone

My new 3gs phone is jailbroken. How do I copy or transfer files from my computer to my phone? I tried doing the ssh settings and installing winscp and putty on computer. Comes up saying network connection refused. Need help fast!

What files do you want to copy???
Anyhow, you need nice apps on your PC, such as iTools or iFunBox. Don't forget, iTunes has to be installed too.

iTunes can't detect a jailbroken iPhone, that is crap.

Just sync as normal. Just be aware that an iPhone can only be synced with one iTunes library at a time.

He never said iTunes can detect a jailbroken phone.Only that you need iTunes to transfer files
