could not activate cellular data network

I keep getting this every time i use Google maps or skobbler sat nav
and when I am at home and connect via wireless it works fine , but in town or my car it doesn't work and its really getting on my nerves and o2 say it maybe a faulty Sim card but I have tried my partners Sim and same problem so please help?

I've been having similar problem with 4.3.3 firmware, which made me go back to 4.3.2. If you have 4.3.3, 4.3.4, or 4.3.5 firmware, chances are that's your problem.

If you don't have 4.3.2 blobs then the only thing you can do is try to reinstall iOS.
