I do not know what the theme is called but the dock cover flow effect looks like it is from a tweak called Cascade.

I honestly dont know. I'm not much of a themer. I would Open Cydia and tap on the "Themes" tab on the home page and look through them see if you find it.

And FYI:

I think Springtomize 2's cover flow dock effect looks much better than how Cascade does it. Much more customizable too. IMO.

Infinidock is a weak that allows you to scroll through your dock icons. Very nice and I think it's worth buying. Here is a screen Shot of my dock with Springomiz 2's Cover flow dock, along with Infinidock install.

its an old theme for the 3GS called "Squig" im not sure if it was ever updated for retina devices.

It is very similar to Timeless, I'm not sure if is completely compatible with iOS5

Yes you're right the theme's name is Squig for iPhone 3Gs.....it's not anymore around.

I use springtomize 2 for my dock too and find 10 items in my dock way enough !

With the coverflow set to concave.

Another nice site for themes for your iPhone is called, Themeit

I currently use the noki hd theme from theme it, which is clean and crisp with nicely finished off stock and cydia apps.

I also use the legacy and legacy pro theme.
