Crash when update SBRotator 6 .0-46

have installed previous version of SBRotator, works fine, when new version available have upgraded, but crash on safe mode.uninstall, normal again, but when reinstall crash again and return to safe mode. tried many times it won't work!
any idea how to fix it? like to use it. mine iP4 4.1 bb 02.10.04
