create and move folders to pc

Is there a way to create folders to organize the pictures on the iPhone and then be able to copy them over to a pc in the same folders? If it matters I have a 4s jailbroken 6.1.2. I know you can create albums but that does not help in transfering the files over to a computer.

Is there an app for that?
