Creating new photo albums

Can someone explain to me how to create a new photo album I'm lost

Sorry, let me rephrase. Are you running iTunes under Windows or under OSX (on a Macintosh)?

I believe you need to simply create a directory and point iTunes to it. That will then cause iTunes to sync that directory as an album. Unfortunately I haven't used iTunes under Windows for about a year. So my memory may be a little off.

You're right skull one. In order to sync photos you have to go into the summary page when you plug your device in. From there go to the photos tab and and select sync photos. From there you're going to be asked to point to the directory of your photos.
