VoiceActivator is a Cydia Tweak that will allow you to set custom Voice Control commands on your iPhone and iPod Touch. This will work on iDevices that lack the new Siri feature except for the iPad. With VoiceActivator, you can speak a custom phrase to; open a url, activate an Activator option, or have your device speak a phrase back to you. There is a numerous amount of ways you could use this tweak for your benefit. This tweak can be found in the Cydia under VoiceActivator for $2.99.

This looks pretty good. I just don't know if anything can really top having siri on your phone.
