Cydia App search- help please

I'm looking for app that will:

1. Works on the 4S.

2. Remove, change or turn off the sent message sound.

3. Allow custom vibration settings for texts both on silent and loud.

4. Set custom reminders for missed calls/texts.

Vibrifications and Missed reminder aren't available for the 4S :-(

Anyone? I thought there would have been something by now....
