Cydia help!

When I open cydia I get this message and everything under packages and the rest of the stuff is blank.

Delete those sources and re add them again. You either have a bad Internet connection or have censorship on those sources.

I can't get to the sources the screen is blank when I go there :/

As soon as u open cydia, that's the screen u see? If yes then you are going to jailbreak again.

well cydia's home screen loads up and then those errors come up. can I jailbreak again with jailbreakme (I have 4.0.1) and if I do will I lose everything I have?

You shouldn't lose anything by re jailbreaking it. But to be safe, back up everything with iTunes.
