Cydia jailbreak bugs iphone 4

Have a iPhone 4 that has been jailbroken and recently it started studdering on the message alert tone. (Dings like 4 times before it does the regular alert tri tone). My buddy just put the Barrell program on it an now when it reprings the Lil icon changed to a windows colored circle instead on the bunch on Lil lines spinning. And now it got stuck on respring mode and somehow I was able to use my Siri to bring the main spring board back up to get it to come back on.... Any help or ideas are appreciated ahead of time.! Thanks for reading all this if u did!!!!
