I am trying to install Snes9x EX on my 2G iPod Touch with iOS 4.2.1 (jailbroken with greenpois0n). My problem is that when I tap 'Install', I get the 'Cannot Comply' screen and the package won't install because it depends on 'iOS Firmware >=3.1'. As far as I'm concerned, 4.2.1 is a later OS than that, so is there some reason that I'm missing as to why this shows up?

I don't know why, but for some reason Cydia is now letting me download this app. I was having the same issue with some other apps but now I am not. I haven't done anything that would help the problem but its gone
