Cydia Update Logo Removal

Hi can someone help,i have photo manager downloaded from installous through cydia and i now have an update that says when i update you must purchase the item first, but it wont even let you purchase it or option to not accept it..How the hell do i remove this becouse it wont let me update and the anoying little red badge is stuck on screen...
