Data Cap on a Cydia tethering tweak?

I have Verizon and I pay for 40GB and that's not very much when I have to use that for our internet as well. I have a jailbroken iPhone 6 and I wanted to know if a service like TetherMe or MyWi from Cydia would make that data cap go away so to speak.

No it won't. Verizon will still know that you're using data and will know exactly how much you use every month.
