data usage question

Hey guys im new here i just bought a 3gs off of one of my friends and i have a small data plan until nest month when i am getting the biggest data plan i can i called and had at&t disable my data for the next month and turned the data usage off on my phone i was just making sure there would be no other way for the phone to use data because i dont wanna get stuck with a big bill any help or info would be great guys thanks!

As long as you cut the data off from your iPhone you should be fine
