Daylight savings time adjustment

Curious if anyone else experienced this. My boyfriend & I bought our phones at the same time last year. They are identical. Our date & time settings are the same. But when the clocks moved forward last night his time changed and mine didn't. It was driving me crazy. I ended up restarting my phone and a few minutes later the time changed. I'm sure it's not a big deal but it was bugging me. Maybe I should reboot it every once in a while. I usually only power it down completely when I'm on a plane.
