dead pixel policy

I just purchased the Iphone 4 today and noticed a black spot onm the app store's light gray background, it wouldn't come off. I called apple support and he assured me making an appointment with the local apple retailer is the way to go. I told him what he thinks will happen and he said they will either try to fix it or replace it. He couldn't promise anything, but assured me even if its not noticeable until you know where to look, apple will help. What do you think? My appointment is today (saturday) and I am hoping they just give me a brand new one. Do you think they will do it for 1 dead pixel?

I also bought it up radioshack but the apple guy said I can take it to a apple retailer.

You will get a new one. They will just swap it out for you. Any manufacturing defect is covered under warranty they will take care of you!

Yea, if it's not %100 they should replace it. I can't say that for sure but from my dealing with the apple store they will make it right.
