Previously a BB Storm user. Now have a Verizon iPhone 4. On BB had option of deleting emails from device or from Mailbox and device. Are these options available on iPhone. When I delete emails from phone now they stay on my server. Sometimes I don't want that.

It's in the e-mail advanced settings. See this recent thread:

This is a global setting for all e-mails for a particular e-mail account. I don't know of any way to do it on an individual e-mail basis as they come in. You can set it differently for each e-mail address though.
