Deleting pictures

I have a 4s and I cannot figure out how to delete from the photo app that comes on the phone. I have a file within the app labeled "photo library" and cannot delete any of them. I am able to delete photos from any other file though. I have tried everything, even plugging it into my computer and deleting them that way, but when I plug it in I cannot see the pics from that file, however I can see all other files.

Oh you really can't delete it using your phone. just make an empty album then sync it with iTunes. That's it
