Dictioary data

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out where the dictionary is in this iP4?
I added a word to the check spell and want to remove it (it was incorrectly spelled).

I am jailbroken and have tried to find the spell check dictionary with iFile.

Can anyone please tell me where I can find it please?

IS this such a difficult question?
I just want to get to the list part of the predictive words.
