Do not Disturb

Is anyone else having trouble with Do not Disturb? When I turn it on at 11pm the little symbol indicating it is on shows by the clock at the top of my phone. I know that there was a problem with it before the 6.1 update. This just started happening in the past couple days.

The symbol is supposed to show when "Do Not Disturb" is activated; that is normal behavior.
