Double text alert sound

When I get a text message, I get my standard alert sound followed by a second alert sound. So in essence, it makes it sound like I have received 2 text messages but I only received 1. Any idea how to fix that? It usually only happens with one person and only sometimes but lately it's been happening a lot. Any ideas??

Try settings > notifications > messages > repeat alert > never

Had the same problem ;0)
