Downloa from Palm Pilot Tungsten C

Is it possible to download all my saved addresses and dates from my PC backup of my Palm Tungsten C to an iphone 3 or 4?

yes it's possible to get all those done, but you will need to install softwares on your computer to do that, for contacts, you can save your contacts using outlook and then sync your outlook with your iphone via itunes.
