download apps from apple or cydia?

If you jailbreak your phone are you then downloading apps from apple or cydia?
If cydia, doesn't this prevent you using a lot of the apps designed today as cydia won;t have all of them?

After Jailbreaking... your iDevice is still fully integrated w/ iTunes and the App Store. Cydia doesn't take the place of the iTunes App Store.

Apps are from the AppStore. Cydia is completely separate from the AppStore. Cydia is for installing tweaks and jailbroken apps as in apps that basically tweak the functionality of your device. You can't download apps like Angry Birds from Cydia and such. They're a different type of app/tweak

I have jailbreaked my iPhone and before jailbreak my phone was working fine. I have downloaded apploacker through cydia and now my iPhone is not working properly. Everytime it gone restart, i don't think so i should jailbreak my iPhone.
