Downloading Imessage video to PC

I have an I phone 4s running ios 9.2.1. Today I received an imessage with a video attached to it. I would like to download the video into my windows 10 pc. Is there an easy way to do this? I did not see and option to do this in iTunes.

Here's a way for you to transfer the video in the message to your photos app on the iPhone, where you can then transfer it to your computer during a sync. You can also email it to yourself by using the mail option in the pop up. If you open the attachment in the email on your computer you can save it to photos on your computer.

In the pop up that appears when you tap the video in the iMessage, tap on the box with the up arrow. In the next pop up, you can select save video or mail to transfer your video. Save video sends it directly to the camera roll in your photos app on the iPhone.
