I have been stuck with my Fascinate for 2 looooooong years and I am due for an upgrade (last week). All my friends are saying "iphone 4s" while it seems like the online community is saying wait for the 5 (which may or may not exist apparently). I am a little concerned about losing screen size with the 4s, but with all the iphone 5 hype I am torn. I like the fact that the 5 will reportedly do my taxes, make me lasagna and keep my love of Wham secret, but I am not sure I can wait for 3,6,9, infinity months. Seriously, what would you do if your were a person with the patience of a 3 year old?

I would wait so you don't have one of two conditions happen.
1) Regret.
2) Spend a lot of money undoing your regret. Which leads to more regret.
iPhone 5 will be here in October. Five whole months. In a lifetime it barely register a one half of one percent. So waiting should be easy.
Oh and I have two upgrades due. And both of them occured months ago. I am still waiting. So I am following my own advice. BTW I bought the iPhone 4S retail on launch day. So I understand about the regret part for spending my way out of a situation that I didn't wait for.

I have three upgrades and only two will be used. Two of them came due in February, while the other came up two days ago. The wife and I are holding out because we found a loop hole and got out 4S's in December.
Can't wait for the 5, but I have too.
