Hi Tim,
I noticed you posted this question in another thread. I moved that thread to the "help" forum where it may receive more attention. Perhaps you can provide more information on what you mean by your name appearing in "location". What does that mean? I have never seen a location provided in a message or email. Can you provide a screen shot with names blurred out? I am going to close this thread and let you continue your posts in the other thread. Duplicating threads leads to confusion and fragments posts on the threads. Hope someone is able to help you.
