Email attachment problem

Hi

I am new to this forum and this is my first post so apologies if i am not posting correctly

I have anattachment (powerpoint spide) sent to my email address

When i open this on my pc or laptop its fine and all good but
When i open the attachment or any attachments, it shows some text all jumbled

Is this a problemwith attachments on iphones?

Is there any way i can get round this?

iOS does not natively support Powerpoint extensions. You'll need an app to view it. I believe DropBox can view Powerpoints, or you'll need a Document app like FileApp (free). There are a few other paid ones as well.

Hi thank you

I downloaded file app the free versions and some texts still show jumbled
When i view it from my samsung phone, i am able to view it properly
Whats the best app to dowload to view exactly the way have set up the powerpoint slide?

The best app I've seen, so far, to display a PowerPoint slide presentation is Apple's Keynote app ($9.99, USD). Yes, it's rather steep a price, but I've used it successfully to see my powerpoints exactly as I wrote them.

Maybe it'll do for you?

I would have thought iphone would have had the functionality to view attachments in the right format but oh well i
