email contacts displaying in phone book -help!

Hi all, as the title says.. I have just got a iphone4 (first smartphone) It synced fine with my pc but when opening my contacts in phone book..it has copied all my email contacts from my pc in to there. Can anyone tell me why it ihas done that and what is the soloution.

On the iTunes tabs you need to go thru and select what you want to sync. You must have the sync contacts to outlook selected.
