Email on Itunes not verifying

Thanks for taking the time to read and or reply to my post. Any advice given or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

For some odd reason when I try and log onto Apps/Intunes Store via PC or Iphone 4 VZW, I get a "email has not been verified." but I have verified 3 times. I refreshed and keep trying to log in but no luck. I did switch from one email to another and since then its been acting up. Now I have app updates I cannot get .. Please Help. And thanks again.
