Email setup MacBook Air message text etc

Hi.When I was using windows 10 laptop I had my email set as I required it.
I had signature set to the bottom of the message
I had my message font set to Times roman and the text was blue
font size 14
signature was a different font but black in colour.
How do I achieve this setup on this MacBook Air Please is it possible to have that setup?.

Hi Dave, In the Mail App itself go to Mail at the top, tap it and select Preferences. There you have a heading for fonts and colours and another one for signatures. Caroline

Yea I came across that but can't find my way around it.Will have a deeper look later on at the moment I,m enjoying the sun here its very warm here in South Wales about 15miles from Swansea.
at the moment its showing 30deg on the thermometer outside in the garden.

how to change outgoing mail message body font color and make it default!?
