Chip is a Cydia Tweak which let's you customize your Push Notifications to your liking. this includes adding animations for when they pop up. You can choose from several animations to set similar to the ones you see in other animation Tweaks. There is no settings page for this Tweak, instead you go under your Notification settings and choose options for each application. Chip also allows you to change the color of your banners and set ringtones to app pop ups. You can find Chip for $1.99 in the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
