erase iphone sms completely (no remnant data)

you know that we can use UNDELETE SMS CYDIA to recover deleted sms text messages.I am selling my iphone 4 but i am afraid that the person can retrieve my text messages by using undeletesms.Is there any way to remove sms completely without leaving any remnant data behind?
or provide me some link to sms.db file so that i can replace mine one with that before selling my iphone .

also tell me the same for contacts(addressbooksqlite.db)...

Assuming your phone is jailbroken, just use Semirestore or ILEX R.A.T. to wipe all data off your phone with the exception of the jailbreak backbone. It also clears your AppleID, user settings, email accounts, call/text history, etc
