Error 21 ! Help please !!

my iPhone just randomly wouldn't turn on i didn't drop it or spill anything or do anything to it. when i tried to turn it on it wouldn't respond but and when i connected it up to the laptop it would say connect to iTunes but when i opened iTunes it wouldn't recognize it .so i tried to restore it but when it got about 5 minutes in to the restore it would come up error 21 cant restore . i tried Google and YouTube but the only resolutions are for jail broken iPhones.
ANY HELP WILL BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

As far as I know, error 21 is hardware issue. So I would suggest, nearest Apple store or service.
