My sisters Iphone 4 dies and is getting a error 21 when it is plugged into a computer with itunes, I looked on you tube and saw that if the phone only powers up when plugged in it is more then likely the battery. I got one for $7 and put it in but that was not the issue, and it is still doing it. Any ideas? PS it got wet but was working fine for 5 weeks afterwards.
