Error 4005

Hi
I have an iPhone 6 plus that won't restore
When plugged in to the charger it flashes the apple logo then goes off
When plugged into the laptop
It flashes on and off quicker !
Tried to restore and got error 4013
Put into recovery and now get 4005
Tried all the usual stuff
Leads USB laptop etc
Not tried disconnecting the lcd yet as woz suggested somewhere on Google
Any advice greatly appreciated
