Hello everyone
I'm hoping someone might be able to help me as I've had this issue since iOS 5 was released but I had assumed it was due to the high demand on Wednesday causing issues.
I downloaded the new iTunes 10.5 on Wednesday ahead of downloading and installing iOS 5. After installing iTunes and downloading iOS 5, I have tried to sync/backup/install iOS 5 - all failing.
I gave up and have tried every day since and the same thing always happens, if I don't get the error message, my entire iTunes freezes and I have to shut it down. I have had the error message or the freezing occurring around 50 times.
I have tried shutting down and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, performing a system restore, freeing up disc space, disabling anti-virus and changing the lead and USB port I have used. I am still having the same problem.
I've tried searching on the net but I've had no luck finding anyone with a similar issue.
Please help!!
Thanks
Dani
