Exchange ActiveSync - not suggesting e-mail addresses from GAL.

I've searched a few different keywords and didn't find anything, so my apologies if this has been covered before.

I recently moved to a 4GS and I am set up with ActiveSync to my companies Exchange server. My contacts are set to sync, and I have verified that my default account is set to the Exchange server. I can search the contacts and pull them from the Global Address List with no problems, but when I try to send an e-mail, I do not get any "auto-fill suggestions" based on the name. I've deleted my ActiveSync settings and set them back up, but not having any luck. Any ideas?

Hm, i used same thing as u did, but i didnt have that kind of problem. I just type first letter of emal and it shows me all contacts.
