Exchange help

Trying to add my dads work email to his iPhone. Having trouble getting the server address. He asks his IT department but they are useless. He got this from his settings tab on exchange at work

http://UKLON01ME400.emea.lendlease.com/

Ive tried it by taking off the http:// and the last / and I've tried emea.lendlease.com

He uses webmail at home so I tried webmail.emea.lendlease.com

That link is probably an intranet page which is why no one can open it.
