Exit Safe Mode

Exit Safe Mode keeps haunting me, only because i dont remember the cydia app i downloaded that caused the problem.
Any help? I've seen youtube plenty vids but they remembered the app downloaded, in this case i dont.
What do i do?

Keep uninstalling tweaks until it stops crashing into safe mode

My iphone 4 was doing that too and I fixed that with a fresh restore (custom IPSW) then JB
