External battery charger that works with Otterbox Defender case?

I would like to buy an external battery charger (like Mophie etc) so I can charge my iphone 4 on the go, but do not want to replace my Otterbox Defender case (which I LOVE). Do any of you have any experience with which of these external batteries perform the best and will work without removing my Otterbox case???

I use a Kensington with a USB port. So I can just use the stock apple cord.

Thanks. I found one from New Trent that looks like it would work well. Has good reviews, just wondered if anyone has tried it. I can't post the link because I don't have enough posts yet, so the administrators will not allow??? Please post the link to the icase one when you have time.

I use the imp 500 from new trent. In fact since I got the 4 the battery is so good I haven't used it yet on my 4.
